Monthly Club Meetings

WHEN: First Monday of month, occasionally second Monday

TIME: 6:45 PM – 8:45 PM

WHERE: Plymouth Public Library, 223 S. Main, Plymouth, MI 48170 (unless otherwise noted)

SEASON: September thru June

DUES: $30 per year; pay April or later, includes next season

MEETINGS: Program, break snacks and to vote for favorite art, short business meeting, member spotlight, then results of popular vote and award of ribbons

Fall Member Exhibition

Venue: Gallery at Village Arts Factory located at 50755 Cherry Hill, Canton, MI 48188

Exhibition Open: October 1 – October 31, 2025 whenever Village Arts Factory open.

Popular Vote: Attendees can vote for three favorites for a chance to win a cash prized in drawing from ballots. Art with most votes also win artists ribbon and cash prize.

Open Call for Artists Exhibition

Venue: Gallery at Westland City Hall (see map below)

Exhibition Open: November 7, 2025 – January 9, 2026

Entry Deadline: October 30, 2025

Requirements: Properly wired for hanging; not previously exhibited at this venue; maximum weight 20 lbs.

Eligibility: 18 years and older, membership in Three Cities Art Club NOT required, art not previously exhibited at venue

Awards: $1,150 in prizes to be awarded including $100 Mayor’s choice award

Acceptance: City Hall may reject any art which does not meet their “family friendly” requirements; Juror will then select approximately 60 pieces for display; notification by phone

Reception/Award Presentation/Judge’s Comments: Thursday, November 13, 2025, 4:30 – 7:00 pm; refreshments; award presentations and judge’s comments at 6:00 pm; free and open to public

Sales Commission: NONE Neither the City of Westland nor Three Cities Art Club charge a commission on sales. Each artist handles their sales.

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM weekdays plus any other time City Hall is open
