Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea, Canton

Three Cities Art Club has a contract with Brian Kung, owner of Canton’s Sweetwater Coffee & Tea, to provide and hang artwork for the delight of their customers.  Paid members only other than public school classes.  No commission is taken by the venue or by Three Cities Art Club. 

Each artist is responsible for hanging and taking down their own art, and show cards.  The venue has an easy hanging system installed for our use.  Approximately 16 pieces (8 by each artist), depending on size, can comfortably be hung and are to be family friendly in nature (venue can request removal of any pieces which are questionable).  Artists are to provide show cards with information including title, medium, size, artist’s name, price and information on who they can

contact to make purchase arrangements.  These cards are to be attached by art with removable mounting adhesive (poster putty can be purchased at any office supply store). 

Exhibitors are responsible for their own promotions and may have a reception provided it is coordinated with event planner Lauren Schultz at 216-905-5311 or email her at [email protected].  Make it clear whether guests or the artist are responsible for payment of refreshments during the event.
